         特意把题中没划线部分has led to，划线请教我朋友，她改成了have led to，理由是 popularity and availability 是复合主语

        但本人认为popularity and availability 描述的是一个现象，应该用单数   比如： all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy

        如果我的理解没错，接下大全Section C中的24题却让我晕头

正确答案为A,  我选了B，我仍然认为 endurance and consistency 是一个整体，都是关于 坚毅，执著的意思

谓语动词应该用单数

而且如果认为两者是同一事物，则选项D中parts不能和其对应

另外一道关于ETS的最爱——时态，我们也有争议，全真题987的第99题，

99   Although the manager agreed to a more flexible work schedule, he said that it must be posted on the bulletin board so that both management and labor will know what everyone is assigned to do.      D   A

我和美国朋友都选D, 而答案是A

只有当陈述一个一般事实，自然现象，法律条令时，从句才不受主句时态影响，使用一般现在时，但此题符合这个条件吗？

Section3  11.   我认为which指代material，故谓语用单数
