At least 50% of applicants for HK+SG Top 5 and US top 50 OB PhD programs have a 985 or above undergraduate degree and/or one or more top oversea master's degrees.
This means you are very unlikely to be shortlisted by those schools unless you have something extraordinarily good, such as, 8 in oral English, 750 in GMAT, one paper under review by a top journal, and very strong connections.

I am not familiar with IELTS, but I agree that a score of 7.0 is not stellar. Since your undergraduate and graduate institutions are non-top, test scores will play a particularly crucial role. Until you have taken these, I would recommend that you focus on Tier 5 (probably along with a few schools in Tier 4) in the Business Ph.D. Program Placement Ranking.

I am curious as to what the abbreviation scci stands for. Papers in Chinese, be they working or published, carry insignificant weight, and too many of those appearing on the resume could backfire.

感谢感谢，三篇文章都是英文的，只是都不是top，这样的话写在CV上会不会有负面影响？

I did not say that you are guaranteed to be interviewed if you can meet one of the requirements.
What I mean is that a non-top school Chinese undergraduate+master OB PhD applicant is extremely unlikely to be interviewed by any program at the level of Arizona, Arizona State, Georgia, Georgia Stata, if you cannot even meet one of the requirements.
You'd better target schools at least two tiers lower.
