更新：已经被拒了，害，感觉一方面是英文限制了我的发挥，一方面我对于实习的东西想的还是太少了，希望大家在准备的时候多针对自己的实习经历。

今天刚刚面完 ntu 的会计，感觉自己面的稀碎，但还是来发帖希望能攒人品拿到 offer

timeline：
3.8 提交网申，当天发 video 通知
3.12 video assessment 提交
3.15 材料全
3.18 通知进入 review 阶段
3.21 收到面试邀请
3.25 面试
4.1 收到拒信
一面的题目都在面经题库里，没有特别意外的，需要注意的是写作题作答前一定要改好自己的输入法

Tell me a time when you led a team of people that have different personalities

队员们不能collaborate well

Individuals struggled to gain consensus on an approach to a difficult problem or task. 协调不同意见

Tell me a time when you led a team of people that do not share common goals. How did you align your team towards the objective or goal? What is the outcome？

You lead a demanding project

你参加一个cross-functional的project，有些队友不能aligned

描述一次你如何让没有动力或没有兴趣的人去做一件事

Talk about a time when you step up and take a heavier responsibility in a team. What did you do and what's the outcome?

Please tell me about a time when you were unable to complete a very important project by the deadline. How did this make you feel and what did you do?

Please tell me about a time when you were put outside of your comfort zone at school or work. How did this make you feel and what did you do?

Please tell me about a time when you received a grade on a project or an essay that you felt was lower than you deserved. How did this make you feel and what did you do?

talk about an experience that you receive negative critical feedback on your project. how you feel and what you do

学业和职业生涯有没有做过什么重大的决定？有什么感受？怎么做及结果

问某个你学术上的项目和你的计划预期项目不同的时候，how did you feel, and what did you do

收到面试邀请之后需要在第二天十点之前在他发的网页链接中选择你想要的面试时间段，应该是从两点开始每十五分钟一位

面经：
1. 主修是金融，学了哪些会计课程
2.关于 acca 的问题，但我没听清是什么，让考官重复了一遍还是没听清，最后就瞎编了
3.职业规划
4.你喜欢哪种会计，为什么
5.你喜欢四大的什么工作（前面职业规划有提），觉得它能带给你什么
6.讲一个实习的 project
7.为什么实习这么少（只有一段）

对于这个面试的反思就是听不清是很大的问题，但是也没有啥短期解决办法，然后职业规划的问题其实是有被考官深入挖掘的，但是我可能说的会比较乱，最后是实习经历少这个问题，我想好的理由但是没有在回答时往回兜，让他变成一个不会妨碍我申请的点，比如讲讲我有很多研究经历一定程度上可以弥补不足之类的

今年的申请真的很仓促，元旦之后才想着要申请研究生，在投的项目里 ntu 真的是我的 first choice了，希望招生办能给个机会

。顺便希望下周 fin 的面试能顺利一点

是的，我简历有提自己考了这个东西，感觉他的提问还是比较 personal 的，除了实习这种必问的环节，一般你没有的经历并不会作为询问的重点
