答案是E，我总觉得E 从逻辑意思角度上讲不大好，国家卖了一半的黄金储备金引起了其它国家的 fears，而导致他们也干这样

的事情，如果是 fears that 的话，后面 other countries do the same and inundate the market 做了 fears 的同位语来解释 fears

这样是不是不靠谱啊，这不是 fears 的内容啊，所以我觉得用raised fears of other countries that。。。。比较好，所以我就选了

B。请哪位牛牛们帮我解答下！！Thanks！

E是ing在最后，表示上面整句带来的后果。因此fears以及后面的解释是成立的，当然，这里无法判断fears的主体是谁
B的话，which在GMAT中无法指代前面证据，必须有现行名词，那么，你可以发现哪个名词可以被which指代呢？

谢谢你的回答，我知道 which 是不能指代前面整句话的内容的，所以B 是不对的，但是E other countries do the same and inundate the market 做了 fears 的同位语来解释 fears内容是合理的吗？应该是上面的事件引起other countries 的fears ，而不是 fears 的内容是因为countries do the same and inundate the market 吧？求进一步讨论~

明白了，我的理解有些偏差，fears 的主体不见得非是其他的国家，只是说其他国家抛售黄金是个fears。谢谢你哈

看了半天也没想出否定D的原因。

查了一下找个别人的说法

“raised过去分词修饰fears，表示已经完成的状态，逻辑意思不符合，with修饰不是ETS prefer的结构，经常表示伴随状态，这里逻辑意思也不对。”

但是raised在此句中不能理解为因为是被动才用ed形式吗？
如果照上面的解释，with结构是不是常表伴随，不能与ving结构一样还能表结果？

NN们有更好解释的，帮着解答一下。

with和ving的区别是SC常考的难点。

看来大家在纠结D选项啊，我试着解释下：
with noun that ....结构是GMAT 里面爱考的考点，千万要注意，独立主格并不包括“ with + noun+ 定语从句”，这里是做非限定性修饰前面的名词即 reserves 的定语，但是 fears来修饰 reserves 是说不通的，所以果断排除D。 with 在做伴随的时候，一般式：with + noun doing/done 例如：Visitors have seen monkeys sleeping on the branches, with arms and legs haning like socks on a clothesline. 这里才叫做表示伴随，表示sleeping 和 hanging 这两个动作是一起发生的。

独立主格是表示伴随, 其中with形式（强调与主句主语有紧密的逻辑关系）：with+宾语+宾补，如：with+n.+v-ed/v-ing/介词短语/形容词短语...
那么为何说fears就是修饰reserves???
