Minnesota-Twin Cities 的ApplyYourself进不去啊，求帮助

我申请Minnesota-Twin Cities时网申的时候用到了ApplyYourself系统，但是当我create newa ccount后不能进入申请界面了，弹出一个Error detection，
An error was generated while trying to access the requested page. Please contact technical support and provide the following information:

Name of the university/institution to which you are applying
The PIN used to login to the application
A detailed description of the problem you experienced and the steps you performed in the system to generate the error
Whether or not your browser is set to allow cookies
难道是因为我之前申请学校时已经建立了账户，所以我不能再次申请新账号了？我之前申请的学校有NCSU和Purdue。
各位遇到过这样的问题了吗？怎么解决啊？GRE和Toefl成绩都寄过去了
