Tuck的AO效率超高，12.29号提交的R2申请，1.3号就收到了面试邀请，1.12面完，分享经验给小伙伴们参考。

Tuck的面试基本都是受过培训的二年级在校生，学校非常用心，给我匹配的是一个南亚裔（或者南亚裔美国人）小哥哥，面试官Pre-MBA的行业和Post-MBA的求职方向都和我的背景很相似，希望更好的帮助申请人了解Tuck及从在校生的角度分享给申请人如何利用Tuck的资源实现职业目标。

全程45分钟左右，其中30分钟面试，15分钟左右来提问互动交流，主要问题如下：

1. Please walk through your resume in a few minutes.
2. Why do you pursue an MBA now.
3. Why tuck and what can you contribute to Tuck.
4. Why you choose to join xx company and stay so long (楼主毕业后只在一家公司工作过)
5. Your biggest achievement so far.
6. A failure situation and what you learned from it.
7. Three words your colleagues or friends describe you.
8. What values you bring to your organization at work.
9. Any other things you want me and the admission committee to know.
10. My questions to the interviewer.

Tuck真的是一个非常团结互助的community，面试开始前的介绍环节，他非常具体的分享了他的背景，在Tuck参加的一些活动及给他带来的收获；Q&A环节我问了三个比较specific的问题，面试官小哥哥都进行了非常详尽的分享并提出他的建议，并一再强调有任何问题后续欢迎随时联系他。

面完第一轮大概1个半月以后，突然收到了Tuck的邮件和Susan面第二轮，对方没有简历，全程25分钟，闲聊为主，会根据回答进行follow-up，随机聊到冬奥会差不多聊了一半时间，不太需要刻意准备，感觉主要目的是测试英文口语听说能力，问题如下：

1. How's the weather recently.
2. What's your current role.
3. How did you get into your current company.
4. You have done different jobs and what's the biggest difference between them?
5. Do you lead a team or work individually.
6. How do you make sure you lead an effective team.
7. What's the COVID impact on your way of working.
8. Do you like work f2f or virtually, and what's the advantages and disadvantages of working from home.
9. How has your city changed in the past 10 years.
10. What actions has the government taken to improve the air quality.
11. What do you think the difference of China's hosting 2022 Winter Olympics and 2008 Summer Olympics in terms of the infrastructure building.
12. More and more countries are unwilling to host the Olympics due to the cost, do you think we should restrict it to a smaller scale with limited programs or expect the city who hosted the Olympics before to re-host it to reduce the overall spending.
13. How far away from the Olympic stadium to the central city.
