[面试经验] Michigan的面试

昨晚进行了ross mba的电话面试，对方是一个二年级的学生，问的都是常规问题。

1. Tell me about your work exprience, and why MBA

2. why Ross

3. The most challenge experiecnce, how did you handle it, what's the result

4. another question about the No.3, because I didn't state clearly.

5. anything else you are interested about Ross MBA and why

6. what can you contribute Ross MBA

因为没有约到国内校友面试，不得以电话面试。感觉效果不好，主要是英语远没有达到native的水平，interviewer也不是很有经验，每个问题都问的很大有时也比较含糊。所以经常是我讲了半天，那边也没有回音，不知道对方的想法。

强烈建议后来者，除非英语巨棒，不要采用这种面试方法！

按照前人建议，面试后发了感谢信，但是没有feedback，估计面试情况不佳。是否go head，在忧郁中。。。。

Second year students are very busy, so don't worry if you didn't get any feedback for the thank you note; normally people don't reply thank you notes, but they will remember you if you did.

I agree that phone interview is not good for you to show yourself.  Regarding the interview questions, I would say most interview questions will be this kind of broad questions, as tell me an example about your leadership even though there are too many aspects of leadership.  You must be able to find something you can really show you as a person and can impress the interviewer.

请问，Michigan的面试必须要申请材料提交后才可以吗？

我现在还在准备GMAT，想申请第二轮，是否现在就要预约面试了？
