选项分析：
句首是一个伴随状语，伴随状语的逻辑主语需与主句主语一致。hindered这一过去分词，表被动。说明主句主语是“被阻碍了”。

A选项：主句主语为“the fact”，但我们不能说“事实被问题阻碍”。只能是AQ这个部门被阻碍。

B选项：the fact 做主句主语错误同A。

C选项：正确。主句主语为“AQ division”，表明是“部门被供应商问题阻碍了”。

D选项：主句的主语为一个从句，而一句话当中的核心词是谓语动词，所以这个选项表达出的字面意思为“适应”这个动作被问题阻碍了，但逻辑上被供应商问题阻碍的是AQ部门，不能是“适应管理团队”这件事。

B选项：正确。by stating…表达了defuse的方式。“the debacle was not Smith’s fault”的字面意思为“这一灾难不是Smith的过错”。

C选项：state的内容和B相比发生了变化，Smith was not responsible for thedebacle的字面意思为“Smith不负责这一灾难”，即Smith不管这件事，但既然Smith为网络经理，合理的是说这件事不是他的错，而不是他不管这件事。

D选项：with the statement的错误同A。

E选项：state的宾语变为了debacle，但逻辑上应该是“声明一件事（此灾难不是Smith的错）”，而不是“声明一个东西（灾难）”。

我也不是专业的，昨天做到这道题。This->不能指代前面的句子，但是这里是正确答案，表明，this 指代不是绝对的错误，而是相对的。如果其他的选项，没有这个好，就选这个。

第832题未提到不可以用this, 个人理解最好不要设这样的限
第824题未涉及a quite tense situation不好，D选项问题出在With a public statement。。修饰什么比较模糊
E选项是by publicly stating...比较awkward和缺乏修辞力

关于823 会有觉得指代不清，但是在其他得错误更明显的情况下，this这种指代的问题好像可以忽略。之前看曼哈顿语法的时候是提到了不到万不得已，就是找不出其他的问题的时候再找这种问题。。
我也想问824的E，我也觉得是没什么问题,但是查了一下quite，例句里面好像要么后面是加adj要么加noun可能是不能quite+adj+noun吧
