这道题的答案是C没有问题但是各选项里面存在几个问题，望大神解答下，谢啦
1.D中解释说it指代不清，但是前后两个when平行，后面一个when的代词指代前面when后面的主语ocean这样有问题吗？我的理解是it既可以指代前面when后面的主语又可以作为从句和主句的主语即transferring heat一致所以存在歧义，对吗？
2.E中them无指代，所以是这样：只有前面有复数名词them才可以指代，不能理解为前面的两个单数名词的指代？就是betweenocean和atmosphere这两个单数名词之间。
