我做了两次两次都选了C，再分析一下E：

** market sales (that)it would in the past have conceded to rivals
It 应该指代的是 the company才可能是主动形式，但是与主语相隔太远了理解起来有点难

E选项中的have为什么不是has啊 it指代company 是单数啊。。
