Is there something in your resume or application that could use some explanation? This is your chance to elaborate. You might want to discuss completion of supplemental coursework, employment gaps, academic issues, etc.

Short answer questions
这题前年启动，应该是收到了不错的效果，去年继续沿用，不过每组的选项cut掉了一个，专治大家的选择困难症，今年和去年题目一样。写这个的技巧无非是，要给出具体的事例，不能泛泛而谈；体现的你的优点应该和其他申请材料相互补充而不是重复。

第一组的主题仍可以认为是“achievement”，改变了某种既定的思路做法，或者其他你觉得自豪的事儿；第二组是“character"，谦逊、勇于挑战自我，是通往成长路上的好伙伴；第三组是“perception", 随着你阅历更丰富，对世界有更深入的理解，明白自我，明白他人，明白这两者之间如何和谐共处。这几个题目我都很喜欢，我觉得无论怎么挑选you won't go wrong。

从去年问Transferableskill演变而来，Ross希望给大家展现的是，这里有多元的就业可能性（尽管consulting和Tech仍是主流）。学校都不喜欢被贴标签为某个类型的school。所以你不要

本末倒置，用自己认为的学校的优势来设置Career Goal，以为这样是投其所好；也不要太担心你的goal是去小众的娱乐业、NPO或者加入初创企业就很危险，尽管没有defined route，只要故事合理、论证solid就可以。MBA的教育可以让你在很多行业make a difference。现在的趋势是越来越多的MBA没有留在非常传统的行业，学校也鼓励学生多explore。当然，还是要讲清楚你的goal是怎么来的，和你的经历、兴趣、性格、价值观是如何产生关系的。300字要求你direct to the point，不要拖泥带水。可以先总结walk through工作经历，解释清楚几段工作/role之间的联系是什么，你做决定背后的逻辑是什么，是什么引导着你这样一路走来，总结一下你从中分别掌握了什么skill。然后说goal，解释这对之前的经历而言extension/progression体现在哪里，让读者看清你的整个职业的big picture。
