请教OG一题SC里面的with用法

答案是B。我答案选对了，但是有点不明白CDE选项的具体错误，有几个问题：
1.C里面had piled应该不对，然后这个with用法有错误吗？曼哈顿论坛上好像看到过前面不加逗号的with是名词修饰词，那这边"with a sharp slowing..."是直接修饰了store shelves吗？
2.DE具体错在哪里呢, 完整句子+comma+with用于describe the idea of the entire preceding sentence，这边感觉with那一句描述前面consumer spending一句好像也没什么错？（还是意思上有问题我没看出来？）我做的时候是觉得前面没划线的businesses were expanding their production后面直接先加unsold goods意思上比加consumer spending要好就选了B，我这思路对吗？大家做这题是什么思路？

题目分析：商务部报道了两件事：1. 国家经济在第二季度以3.7%的速度增长；2.但是，当企业在扩大生产的时候，未售出的货物正在货架上堆积因为消费者开销大幅度减慢

本题主要借助时态考察了语意

选项分析：

A选项：but后面 while引导的从句表达的是和主句“同时发生”，所以此选项的主句用一般过去式、as引导的从句用正在进行时是不合适的。

B选项：正确

C选项：主句用了过去完成时，表达的字面意思是：当企业在扩大生产的时候，货物已经堆积了。但逻辑上应该是：企业在扩大生产，同时，货物在堆积。

D选项：主句直接变成了“消费者开销正在减缓”，但和“生产扩大”同时发生的应该是“货物堆积”。并且，堆积的原因是“开销减缓”，这里用“with”无法表达因果关系。

E选项：同D。并且这里用的现在完成时，表达“到现在为止”。但前面的“while”提示我们应该是两个动作一起发生。

哦哦感谢解答！！但还是没太明白C里面这个with啊

然后DE的错误果然还是因为句意吗？
