标黄的是感觉必出的。。反正156每个人都有就是啦

我没经历那种很慢的网速，下午3点录得，飞快就测试完了开始practice
练习了很多次
最好带耳机收音比较好
写作的话我感觉可以复制粘贴，不会被录，但我还是选择打印出来自己写好的稿子然后再在五分钟内打进去那个
整个就30min就结束了。。我也没断网刷新之类的
