大家是否还记得PP里头有一篇讲biofeedback 还有一篇讲蚂蚁什么的？里面几个人说来说去，而且还特别长，我一听这一种就晕，基本上就全军覆没。大家有什么技巧对付这种题？快考试了，好怕怕

I've seen some of your posts here. You seem to have to a good control of written form of En.
I think at all time is probably what you need.
Have you tried this --> 做題 -->聽寫 -->跟讀 ---(目標)--->每一句話要比native speaker 還快說出 and correct.
And this--->
一定要不斷重複聽同一材料,直到可以跟上接近同步模仿出,或

               者一開始擔心自己聲音影響聽清楚外籍老師的聲音,可以像演戲對嘴,做出

               所有發聲動作和嘴型,但不出聲--Shadowing。不用去管瞭不瞭解單字或內,

               目標只放在聽清楚每一個聲音,語調,韻律,像嬰兒一樣對大人的聲音充滿好奇。

If (there's) / (not) much time available, /(try) this instead :

Listen to the (stressed) words/ in the (flow) /of the (speech).
If you can follow the music of spoken English , while you concentrate only on those stressed ones, you catch words around them as well.
