各位CD NN，有关with 独立主格的题，求解释：

题目如下：

Forthe last five years the Dutch economy has grown faster than Britain, France,or Germany,with the unemployment rate having remained well below that of the otherthree countries.

A.Britain, France, or Germany, with the unemployment ratehaving remained

B.have those of Britain, France, or Germany, and the unemployment rateremaining

C.have Britain, France, and Germany, and the unemployment ratehas remained

D.the economy of Britain, France, and Germany, with the unemployment ratethat has remained

E.the economies of Britain, France, and Germany, and the unemployment ratehas remained

我知道为了和前面的dutch economy 平行肯定是在DE中选的。我查过过去的帖子说:the economy of 或者 the economies of 都是对的。就是with结构的问题，解释说，with 结构主语是前面的Dutch economy是不对的，但是Dutch economy with the unemployment rate不是很正常吗~经济中不就是包含失业率吗~是我的理解有误还是因为语法问题？

求各位NN解释~~

1.GMAT是不大喜欢with的独立主格的结构，所以实战的时候尽量避免不选。
2、with the unemployment (that...),这个独立主格结构是不完整的，做伴随状语不成立。它是在逗号后面做伴随，不能直接说Dutch with the unemployment rate

谢谢亲，还有一个问题，就是你的意思就是说with 独立主格结构如果做伴随状语，后面必须加句子。是这样吗？

从语法上来看：
with的独立主格形式：“with＋宾语＋宾补”，这一结构中的宾语补足语可由现在分词、过去分词、形容词、副词或介词短语等来充当。
例如：Visitors to the park have often looked into the leafy canopy and seen monkeys sleeping on the branches, with arms and legs hanging like socks on a clothesline.
一般看到“with+宾语+having done”或者“with+宾语+that从句”都是错的，我是说一般哈！因为with the result that表结果是对的

从逻辑意思上来看：
失业率的主语应该为国家，就算是中文里也是说某国家的失业率，没有人说某国家经济的失业率吧！
那么这里独立主格的逻辑主语是the Dutch economy，因为dutch是形容词不能做逻辑主语，那只能economy做主语了，于是逻辑意思不对。

独立主格的逻辑主语不是包含在状语里嘛？如果独立主格的逻辑主语还是主句的主语的话，直接叫做伴随状语就可以了呀这个不明白，求教！
