博士在读期间在外资电信企业做了4年多的兼职，请问申请的时候能不能count？需要相关的工作证明么？谢谢了

your PHD degree will help but not that much if you aim at top business schools.

i heard that some top programs look at all applicants' undergrad academic performance.

it's hard to say whether part-time job counts as work experience. adcom can probably address the question better.
