When asked whether the education has now become the element that most ensures success in life, just as property and money once were the keys to success, different people may have different responses. In my opinion, with the society more and more competitive, education has become the most useful key to success.

First, with three Industrial Revolutions happening during the last two hundred years, many new technologies have been found to improve people's life. Gaining benefits from the improvement, people are aware of the importance of science. Therefore, education, from which many scientific findings are made, is considered the most crucial stage in people's life. For example, in China, the expenditures in the education have become the biggest part of the whole spending of a family. The truth, which is very common all around the world, demonstrates that people emphasize more on education than on any other business.

Second, the fact that many employers prefer to hiring employees who have high scholar degrees proves that education can bring people more opportunities. Many employers believe that a high degree means great quality. Although the conclusion seems too arbitrary, it reflects a simple viewpoint: if one has a high scholar degree, he or she may have greater chances than others. Consequently, more and more people seek further study rather than find jobs with relatively low scholar degrees.

Third, a person who has a pretty good education is respected by people. The moral standard of modern society makes people consider a good educational person a excellent person. Also, the admired person would feel great honor from the compliment of the other people. Thus, that is the reason why millions of people pursue the further study so fanatically.
