其实之前做题碰到SVO，v+ing的题还是知道它的套路，但是今天做题碰到一道成分稍微复杂一点的，就有些搞不清楚了

关于A，OG给出的解释是Displacing grasses appears illogically to modify either about 5 million acres in the United States or that gives mouth sores to cattle.
我知道displace和give属于seperate的两件事，不可以把displace作为give的修饰，但不明白的是为什么OG讲displacing还可以看作5 million acres in the United States的修饰呢？
如果是把a herbaceous……cattle作为插入成分跳过的话，那为什么在B中就没有跳过呢？
以及如果碰到SVO that VO，v+ing 或者像题目中那样带有插入成分的情况，是要用句意来判断v+ing修饰的哪一部分吗？
