问题②：A选项中shattered 和 had been 不平行的原因？shattered是实义动词，后面得用done结构使其平行，但是如果补出had shattered的话 两个重复的动词（不简洁）又该如何省略？（不知道我有没有表达清楚我的疑问。。）因为我的理解是 A选项中是省略了done的 ，也就是than either Abigail Adams or Dolly Madison ever had been （done/shattered）。
