在A of B, V.ing(V.ed) 结构中 Ving/Ved 是修饰A还是B，还是两个都有可能？

这道题的E选项，A OF B结构同位语可以是只能就近修饰B还是要看句意，如果意思上没有歧义，那是不是就没错。。。求指教

说一点我确定的：

定语从句中，就近修饰数一致的名词。如：A of B, which does C. 关系代词which修饰B；但在A(s) of B, which do C.一句中，系代词which则修饰A(s)。

兩個都有可能。要看語意。

這題從後面的including establishing...讀出來是包括一連串措施，所以要指向的是前方的remedies，B主謂不一致。

從後面的indicate...讀出來是「指出..事情」，應該是「研究」指出會比「會議」指出合理，所以要指向前方的new findings。

所以不要去背規則，請學習用語意判斷。
