sc语法问题定语后面什么时候用that／of？

做了很多sc的题目，大概有了一点思路，但是语法细节上总是有点模糊。。。
比如做题目的时候遇到定语划线部分，选项有的时候会跟of，有的时候会跟that，就有点疑惑了

比如prep上面一道题目：
The investigations of many psychologists and anthropologists support the generalization of there being little that is a significant difference in the underlying mental processes manifested by people from different cultures.

Aof there being little that is a significant difference
Bof there being little that is significantly different
Cof little that is significantly different
Dthat there is little that is significantly different
Ethat there is little of significant differences

of 后面一般跟短语，强调的是某个东西，而that 后面跟的是句子，强调的是某件事情。

这里显然，generalization 后面应该用that同位语从句，来解释generalization的具体内容。
