Hey there,
I’d love to help you out but without more info it’s gonna be hard. Where did you work? What did you do? How quickly have you advanced? Do you have any leadership? What are your great achievements? Do you have notable community service or extra curriculars? Which school did you graduate from?
Also I would like to point out that not having a job when you apply to B-school can make things a LOT harder. Because for the AdCom it means you will unemployed for another whole YEAR before you matriculate, which will make you a less attractive candidate for recruiters later on.
So I would highly recommend you look for a job, and find a way to be gainfully employed by the time you apply.
All of these will play important roles in your evaluation.
Best,
Jon Frank |
