工作branding对MBA申请的影响？

各位好，我目前在选择两个offer，考虑到以后还是会考虑MBA，所以对目前的这个Offer还是不去何去何从。

1. FA - 内资FA，Branding在业界内还不错(某个industry内)，然而在国外没人知道，no branding，且创立<5年
2. Consulting - 美国consulting，在美国Vault同industry内Top 10。

如果纯考虑申请MBA，不考虑post-mba Choice的话branding会起多少作用呢？
我相信在两边工作的responsibility和experience都会很好，团队很小<10人，所以得到锻炼也很多。

Top MBA 其实还比较偏好Big name的公司，且其录取的申请人中大多也是来自大公司的。

但为了班级构成的多样化，也会录取一些来自startups的申请人，稍小众一些，主要还是要看整个申请的package。

LZ还是理清自己的career goal，看看哪个更fit一些。

Very good question!

If you are ONLY considering brand and only for an MBA, then choice 2 is the safer bet if it’s MBB. If it’s big 4, it’s less exciting because there are sooo many applicants from those companies, and they don’t have the same prestige as MBB. But it’s hard to evaluate what an unknown FA might bring. which is why I think the best path for you to pursue is the one that interests you the most, offers the best salary, and the most opportunities.

Hey there!
What I meant was that it’s always hard to evaluate what the value of an unknown company is. IF you work for Deutsche Bank or Goldman Sachs, everyone has heard of it. But when you work for an unknown firm, even a great one, it’s up to YOU to prove that they are great.
