consider作为“认为”讲，本身是及物动词，不用加as，I consider you a good student.我认为你是个好学生。
D错，多了as。
E错在this不可裸奔表示指代前面整件事。

Sorry啊之前打错了是BE不太明白那B中a fact not well known by many怎么不对了

另外有没有什么时候是需要用consider as的还是根本没有consider as这个用法

B这个有点儿难住我了，感觉B不如C好一些，但是我还真找不到有什么问题。。。
consider本身即是vt也是vi，肯定是有as的用法: I will consider you as an alternative option. 此处，as an alternative option并不是宾补，而是consider的状语，表方式：我会以备选方案的方式来考虑你。也就是说：不是you are an alternative option，而是 I will consider you 是an alternative option。

题目自带解释说a fact not well known by many不好，因为unnecessary; wordy; redundant,因为well known已经表示known by many了，后面再加many就重复了

但是总觉得这解释很牵强。。。。

另说你说 i consider you a good student, 为什么不能是 i consider you as（是） a good student.

那就这么理解吧，也有道理，哪怕是再小的“不完美”也是有问题，既然C没有可以找得出的“不完美”，那就选C呗。
这道题就算把B的by many去掉，我还是选C。C的结构更清楚一些。

B a fact 最好用the fact 明确指代前面的内容（看过许多这样的句子好像大部分都是thexxx that）所以这一点不太确定
如果选最优应该就是c了
