我5月初被NYU IM 2017FALL录取了。而且还有一封ALI result 的邮件。可是邮件里没写我处于哪个等级。邮件里写着Based on the results of your English proficiency assessment and your TOEFL or IELTS scores, you will study part-time at the American Language Institute (ALI) and part-time in your degree program during your first semester. After successful completion of your semester 1 English courses, you will study full-time in your degree program. 各位大神帮我看看这么说意思是不是我只要上一个学期part time的语言课程。第二学期就能full time上专业课了。顺便问一问有没有办法waive掉ALI。谢谢大家！
