Hello there, my friend. It's really great that you're already thinking and planning ahead for your MBA. You're absolutely on track when you ask what you can do in the next few years to prepare. First off, having Deloitte on your resume is great. That's a big firm that people know. And being in the US already is ALSO great, because a lot of applicants form China (the people who you will be competing with) don't have that sort of US work experience, so that'll help you stand out. But, of course, M7 is VERY competitive so those two things alone will not get you in. You need to have a rich, well-rounded profile that includes great work experience and a great GMAT score, among other things. So for the next few years, the big things you're going to want to focus on are: kicking butt at work and getting promoted, getting leadership experience anywhere and everywhere you can (even if that is outside of work!), and just pursuing things you're passionate about outside of work. You want to be more than just a profile when you apply; you want to show the schools who you are as a person! So don't put all your time and attention into work and GMAT prep. You get on that path now and by the time you apply, you'll have a lot of amazing experience to speak of in your application. Hope that helps!!
Best,
