求问大家觉不觉得e中的grain和farmers之间少了个that？我记得定语从句的that不可以省略的啊！！

D太多错了，原句意思是farmers are allowed to grow grain，D里说grain capable of being grown by farmers，意思变了grain有能力让人种它？而且encourage是和establish并列的，不是bejing。
that在从句中如果做宾语是可以省略的，如果是主语不可以省略。
只凭语法做题很危险的。

是省略了that, 即 the amount of grain (that) farmers will be allowed。

that 做定语从句的宾语时是可以省略的。farmers will be allowed to grow that .... 然后作为定语从句，that提前后被省略。
