但是，往前看

这里为什么increasing又只修饰一个了呢？

个人理解，希望有帮助。这两个句子没有冲突哈，楼主给出的OG的解释都遵从了一样的逻辑，个人感觉第二道解释的更完整。

第一道，little water or services exist，little不能修饰可数名词services，few才可以，那么little就只修饰water。但是根据句意，这里想表达的是这个地方water和service都很少。or并列了water和services，都是exist的主语，但是单复数不同，所以exist和exists都不对，都会和其中一个主语主谓不一致。因此AB排除，D同理排除。C中，主语是few services AND little water，为复数，谓语动词exist根据主谓一致应该也要复数，所以C排除。就剩下E了。E中，主谓一致，形容词搭配恰当，所以正确。

第二道，也是类似的逻辑。根据句意，amount应该同时修饰space debris和satellites，两者的数量都持续增长，增大了相撞的几率。否则，就是【space debris的数量】和【satellites】的持续增长，增大了相撞的几率，不合逻辑和句意。但satellites应该用number，所以AB排除。D中结构，with A and B，那么就是with【the continually increasing amount of space debris】 and 【the number of satellites】，之前说了，句意要求两个都增长，这里后者没有体现增长，楼主给出的OG也是这么解释的，所以排除。E中结构，也是只表达了and前amount of space debris的增长，number of satellites怎么变化没有表达，所以排除。C中，as引导了一个状语从句，可认为是时间状语或原因状语，主语the amount of space debris and the number of satellites，为复数，谓语动词短语continue to rise，复数，主谓一致，句意清晰。因此选C。
