the average price of next year's models 不是双重所有格吗？谢谢

这个不是双重所有格呢。。

双重所有格形式是把of 所有格（非生物所有格）与名词的-’s 所有格（生物所有格，如Lily's，daddy's）结合起来使用，表示全体中的一部分，起到避免名词重复的作用。举个例子：a sonnet of Shakespeare's，莎翁的一首十四行诗.

而，the average price of next year's models 的形式和双重所有格有点像，但并不是呢，说的是明年生产的车型的平均售价。
