这道题正确答案是B,我不理解的是B选项的意思，感觉怎么是在说第三季度的个人消费与增长率在比较，这个能比吗？B的意思：今年第三季度的个人消费比去年第三季度的个人消费增长率（1.4%）翻了2倍还要多，请问有错吗,还是我想太多？

其实这里是说——预期认为：第三季度的个人消费将会使该季度的个人消费增长率在上一季度的1.4％的基础上番倍。

表面上看是比较，但是往下就会发现，double这里是翻倍的含义，当做是谓语V，所以理解为：个人消费增长率在上一季度的1.4％的基础上加倍。

大神们来解答一下！！！
