综合写作练习一篇,字数超过300了,用了15分钟的样子。看看,大牛们指点指点,约几分的水平?

The passage discusses what the company and society would benefit if employees work time is changed from five days one week to four days one week. The lecture lists three reasons to negate what contents in the passage and concludes that the policy would not work.

First, the passage mentions four-day week will make companies more profit because employees will get 80% payment. But the lecture clearly says that companies have to pay more on workers training, medical insurance, and office space because they have to hire more people.  All these cost should be counted into companies expense and will affect the profit of the company.

Second, the passage thinks there will be more positions for people to work and the society's unemployment rate will get lower.  However, the lecture points out that companies will have more expectations on the employees and will not create more jobs for people. The assumption for additional jobs will not stand on the ground.

Finally, the passage states that people will have more free time with their families and will improve the quality of their lives. But the lecture questions this point with the possibility that management will like to hire people who work five-day each week and the people who work four-day each week will be more likely to be abandoned in future career. If this bad situation occurs, the people will lost the opportunities to improve their lives.

To summarize, All considers in the passage are objected by the lecture and both the positive and negative results should be carefully considered before the policy taken into effect.
