more和greater这个split怎么区分？不是太明白~谢谢牛牛们~

OG上解释说是：more表达的是“数量上更多”，而greater表示的是“程度上更大”。在这个语境下，总不能说likehood更多吧，应该是likehood更大。

患病的可能性更大，不是具体的数目更多

og上的对A错误的解释是 the phrase the more they had a likelihood somewhat illogically indicates that the research subjects had likelihood to a greater degree rather than that their likelihood was greater.
这个解释没有看懂求大神解答

我是这么理解的，不知道对不对，你参考一下吧：
A的描述应该是指 doctors咖啡喝的越多，更有可能获得这种（患病的）可能性
解析应该是想说句子应该表达更大程度可能患病而不是更大程度获得这种可能性

感觉有点文字游戏，应该是表达错误，就是英语不会这么表达。
