I found the following question is weird:

No, I don't think this way.
The pdf version misses out underlining the fisrt "that", so it should be :

84. Precipitation in mountainous regions (that collects)
in a number of small valleys that are called rills
and gullies.
Precipitation collects in.......
Not "regions collect".
