我感觉c这里的there is 和there were是否单复数上要一致啊？还有E是否错在动词has,要是改成have是否就正确啦？谢谢

(1)there were的单复数与其后面的表语一直，后面省略的可能是类似于microcomputers for ....

(2)E即使改为have，也不是好的选项，microcomputer是学校的，给学生用的，不是学生的。
