紧急啊，大家帮我出出主意，USC IBEAR MBA和CUHK Fulltime MAB,如何选择？

先说说个人情况，34岁，外企500强技术管理工作，今年动手比较晚，所以就申请了三所学校，港中文，港大，和南加大。
港中文Full time MBA program 4月初给了admission，没有奖学金;
港大明天面试，不知结果;
南加大IBEAR上周给了admission，还进行了奖学金面试，感觉还不错，估计应该有点奖；

我本来要申请南加大full-time的，后来IBEAR的一个faculty一直给我发信，我就了解了一下，发现IBEAR还不错就申请了，现在也给了admission。IBEAR的平均年龄33岁，平均工作经验10年，课程更紧凑，1年毕业。没有实习时间。

因为现在不知道USC奖学金能给多少，所以抛开费用的因素，大家帮我看看啊，我选择哪个比较好呢？
我曾经在硅谷工作了大半年，很喜欢那里，如果去USC，1年的program在美国找工作比2年的要困难很多很多，另外，哪位了解的同学告诉我一下，这种1年的国际MBA在中国的教育部能获得学历认可的吧？

家人又不想我走远，主要怕我去了不回来，他们prefer港中文，哎，好纠结！

现在两个学校都在要我准备申请签证的资料，紧急啊！

更新信息，USC给了我$40,000 fellow scholarship :-)

大龄一起念才有互相学习，不然都是你去教人
不到一年就回来了，家人是在挡你的前途吗？
未来发展性差太多了
国际思维跟人脉也买不到
还可以在美国就业，这资历可以让你一家人吃一辈子
就算没奖，借钱也要去
回来就搬进别墅去了

家人不是要档我的前途，只是担心这个担心那个的~怕我一个女生不安全一类的~
你说的未来发展差太多了，是指这个两个学校相比吗？港中文能比USC差那么多吗？排名也很靠前啊
当然我知道MBA始终是美国的比较好
回来进别墅啊，那我倒没想那么多，哈哈

Well you ask a lot of questions! And I'm not sure I have all the detail I need to answer you fully, but I'll try my best.
First thing is first: You should choose your school in function of your goals. What do you do now? What do you want to do afterwards? Will you stay in the same industry? Do you want to work in the US? Would you prefer to work in China? If you want to work in the US, of course going to one of the US schools makes most sense, and likewise, if you are planning on remaining in China, it doesn't necessarily make that much sense to study in the US.
I'm not sure that it matters whether or not the China department of Education recognizes the degree. What is important is: Who will you network with? And What job can you get? Ultimately you are going to school not to gather a diploma or have a good time (although you may do both) but to advance your career, and that is the thing that matters most.

Thanks for your answer and anaylsis, you have pointed out the most important factor regarding this decision.
For my career goal, if things work out well, I would like to work in the US for at least a while, and then I maybe go back to China. To be honest, I don't care much about the HongKong city, and I do like California. I think I will remain in the same industry after MBA study. USC is a good school, just one thing, USC might don't have much advantages in the high-tech area. How do you think of this?
Plus, I have gotten an official offer from USC with $40,000 fellow scholarship. And now the total cost of USC is lower than the cost of CUHK.
