给的答案是D。

E错在哪里呢？
D中的each附加在they之后，起修饰作用，应该并不改变they作为主语的性质，后面跟的visa，card等应该用复数才是啊？

they need...for each of them是awkward的
each作副词修饰need，用单数清晰表明了“每个人分别需要一个V，一个L和一个E"的含义，用复数则表达一个人可能需要多个V，L和E，造成了表达的不清晰。

个人觉得 A 选项的 needed by 有问题是不是 sth be needed for sb 更好呢？当然有人说被动语态不够好。。i don‘t know why.
