第一道题觉得哪个选项都别扭，整句话都很别扭。一个黑洞只能在一个银河系出现，不会在每个银河系都出现吧。

第二道题，应该是standards for diesel-powered vehicles, A C D中as they are 指代sports utility vehicles 意思不对。所以选C

个人感觉，

第二题是C。这道题考的是比较。其实一步就可以选出C。关键是要明白 sporty vehicles will not be subjected to emissions-control standards as stringent as (        )diesel-powered vehicles. 这样就好判断了。those of , they are for都无法进行比较和还原。 另外要知道C中的those 指代emissions control standards。

但是，ETS很狡猾，一步就能看出来的题一定要看一下别的选项。A中的they are 有问题，一是they 的指代，二是，无论they如何指代，are 都无法还原。B中that are没必要写。D中不但they are 有问题，which are ..., which are ...的结构真的是很烂。E中and therefore they are not ..的they 没必要写。

很清楚的，第一题答案A，第二题答案C;

关于第一题，theor后面用that引导的同位语从句，清晰而且符合惯用法。而且，从句中的OF....AND....OF 平行，符合ETS的偏好。

第二题很明显答案在B,C之间，而B中的that are as stringent as不简洁，those of中的OF有问题。

be subject to 是惯用法。其中的subject是形容词。
