这题og上对a,b答案里letting的解释是“Letting maintains the progressive sense of are offering”这个解释是说letting和offering平行的意思么？平行不应该加and在letting之前然后删掉逗号吗？  这里给我的第一反应就是“comma+v.ing”结构。

offer 和 let并非并列关系。

在逻辑上，是因为公司提供了更大范围的收益选择，才让员工们有的选择。

所以，offer和let之间应该是因果关系。

我就觉得og上的解释有点奇怪

。但按因果关系来讲，做的时候感觉还是不太好判断，总觉得并列也讲得过去
