求各位NN指教一道SC的思路

Hurricanes at first begin traveling from east to west, because that direction is the way the prevailing winds in the tropics blow, but they then veer off toward higher latitudes, in many cases changing direction toward the east before dissipating over the colder, more northerly waters or over land.

(A) Hurricanes at first begin traveling from east to west, because that direction is the way the prevailing winds in the tropics blow, but
(B) At first, hurricanes travel from east to west, because that is the direction of the prevailing winds in the tropics, but
(C) While hurricanes travel from east to west at first, the direction of the prevailing winds blowing in the tropics, and
(D) Because hurricanes at first travel from east to west, since it is the direction of the prevailing winds in the tropics,
(E) Hurricanes, beginning by traveling from east to west, because this is the direction of the prevailing winds in the tropics,
这道题很简单啦~主要是想以这道题为代表，问问各位NN，像这种选项一眼扫去没有什么SPILT，各选项的差异也很大不规整，类似于这种题目该用什么思路或怎么解题可以比较迅速，我是通读了各个选项又回看了，觉得很慢，好几次遇到这样的问题都不知道先该如何下手比较好！跪求指教！

像这类的题目就是看哪个语义语法结构平行，哪个更为简洁有效。遇到有赘余，或者指代不明，或者缺成分，或者有歧义，或者逻辑有问题的时候就果断排除。

版上有大牛很细致地分析了这题，具体如下，楼主可以细细体会下

A． at first与begin语义有些重复，direction与the way语义上也重复，the way显得很wordy，风的direction就是风要走的way，所以多余。

B．  atfirst，时间状语放句首很简洁。这里用that代指了前面hurricanestravel的句子，that一般不能单独指代句子，所以B项也有瑕疵。但是相较于其他选项来说最简洁明了，语法上没有大错

C．  while这个词首先就有歧义，既可以表示“与此同时”，也可以表示转折“但是”，本句子中while引导的从句，后面跟的主句thedirection…blowing in the tropic’s不合逻辑，主语direction自己不能blowing；且后面未划线句子主语是they，they应该指hurricanes，而不是主句中的主语direction。Thetropic’s表达wordy；连词若为and，则前后两句语法上应该有相似的句式来保持平行。

D． Because开头引出原因，Becausehurricanes at first travel from east to west,(since插入语…), they then veer off….. “因为飓风开始时是从东往西{主句}…, (所以)他们之后向高纬度移动”。改变句子的因果关系了，不符合逻辑。Since it is thedirection表达wordy且说不清隐含的因果关系

E．  Hurricanes(主语)，beginningby traveling from…(缺少谓语动词，句子不完整)，because…，theythen veer off(又是一个主语they，谓语veer引导的句子)→两个句子之间没有连接词。

差异已经很大了，错误答案一堆逻辑错误，那就记住没划线的句子，直接把选项连起来读

嗯呐，这位大牛的解释我也看到了，就是轮到自己做题的时候感觉这类型题思路很混乱，不知道该怎么下手，毕竟考试时间紧张不能每个选项都这样分析的面面俱到，不知道该从哪分析起能快速的筛选掉选项，然后每个选项是要横着通读完比较好呢还是竖着对比分析

我认为c选项的 ”while" 必须同时表现 “转折” 和 “same period"，而不是择一种就行，而且 ”blowing" 前没有逗号，是可以修饰 “winds"的
