I am xxx, a Chinese student applying for the MSIT program this year. I wonder if my TOEFL score is qualified for this program. My TOEFL score is 109, but my speaking score is 24, less then the minimum requirement of the speaking subsocre (25) . I wonder if I still have a chance for your program in this situation.
