白勇书说第一题中 C 的 it 指代 the Quetalco，  这个我没问题，

但是为什么他在第2题中 C 说 it 指前面的The company ，所以要省略。

这就让我不明白了，那为什么第一题的 C 中的 it  不用省略呢？ 是不是因为它是形式主语所以不能省略？
