AI141,考前倒计时

也是AI141,30分钟写不了更多了:( fish痊愈了吗?


141、Constant innovation and change within an organization are as likely to damage the organization, as they are to improve it.



The speaker states in the title statements that constant innovation and change within an organization are as likely to damage the organization, as they are to improve it. I agree with the statements. While most people believe that innovation and changes are necessary to the business success, to my point of view, the constant innovation and change may bring some unexpected impacts to an organization in some cases.



On the one hand, to keep the trace of the constantly developing society, the organization has to keep its creativity to meet the taste of customers. It is true that under such situation, innovation and change within an organization is necessary and profitable. Because innovation and positive changes usually means leading beyond the competitors, a change or a promotion often bring out a plenty of profits and excess reputation to company. Moreover, keeping innovation and changes grant a mass of chance to the freshmen within the organization to express their ideas and show their talents. Such air in the organization is helpful in the healthy development in long-term.



On the other hand, on some occasions, constant innovation and change may lead to some negative consequences to an organization. To the fundamentals, the aim of changes is to meet the demands of the society. At some times, when the society does not changes so dramatically, the organization, responding to the stable society, should adopt a conservative strategy rather than frequent changes. Second, a constant innovation and changes may erode employees’ loyalty and sense of stability and place an unnecessary work stress on employees. Last but not the least, the innovation and change are not free, the management of the organization should ponder whether the business entity could load the cost of constant innovation and change. (我记得看过一个招股说明书,managment好像可以表达管理层的意思)



In sum, there is no absolutely good and absolutely bad. Though I agree with that some innovation and change are necessary, but sometimes their disadvantages may prevail over its advantages. I deem the constant innovation and change as a two-edge sword and nobody can promise that the two-edge sword will not hurt the organization itself.

1、the改成an比较好,这里泛指比特指好~嘻嘻,我在吹毛求疵...


2、题目中和前文都是用的复数are,这句也不该用is或means...倒是后一句的bring/excess因为前面用的or连接两个单数名词,应该用brings/excesses比较好。


3、keeping....grant不对...动名词作主语,谓语应该是单数grants...这种单复数问题很多都是一念之差...所以要留时间检查哦~~检查时会很容易看出来的~~


4、一般来说,to do and to do...第二个to不能省略哦

1、does not后面加动词原型那...嘻嘻,changes不对啦...


2、free不太合适,unrestrained之类的词汇会比较合适。而且free前后两句run-on,要么把free之后的逗号改成分号,要么在the management前面加个连接词,xixi...


p.s. management表示管理层是可以滴~~


3、costs复数会比较好...至少会计学中的各种成本是用costs的...不过没大关系,呵呵

1、伊呀呀...怎么前面用their,后面用its呢...粗心啊!看来这个是yukon的大毛病哦!



350个字左右,字数少了一点点...模版准备了吗?准备模版会使写作速度和写作篇幅有个较大的提高,呵呵...加油!

最主要的问题还是单复数对应的问题哦~~这篇如果是在30分钟内写出来的,那么思路算很不错了...呵呵,想办法加大篇幅和改进语法吧~~可以考虑在中间两段举些企业的例子,比如aol和华纳的合并啊(negetive impacts),jack welch的创新理念给ge带来的生机和活力阿(positive impacts...)等等~~靠积累也靠这段时间有针对性的搜集。会给文章带来亮点,又大量增加字数。一举两得,嘻嘻

p.s.偶好多了...头不像前几天那么昏了~~不过鼻子还是塞的...不过没大碍,嘻嘻,我向来怕冷,是每年感冒2次,一次感冒半年的类型...这次稍微严重一点...大概是玩得太疯了,呵呵,谢谢关心~~~

晕死了:(这还是我帖上来时自己检查了一下的,还是这么多错!


模版我看了一下前人的模版和范文里的句子。


过去很重视v部分,因为我不是英语nn。issue是最近才看的,现在多看看例子还来得及吗?我是下周而就要考了啊!

例子有点难办...但是不一定要你现在花时间去看例子...我的意思是你的文章中要有一些例子才使高峰的保证...单纯论述没有举例肯定不够,嘻嘻...


我很小就练打字机了...可是现在在电脑上还基本只用三四个手指打字...不管了,够快就好,嘻嘻
