Hello there,
So first of all, to advise you on your schools I would need a LOT more info from you - school name, employer name, titles, promotions, greatest achievements, volunteer work, sports, community service, religious involvement, leadership.. etc. before I can give you a real evaluation.

It will also be very helpful if you can elaborate upon your goals.

But let me say that at least test score wise things look amazing!

For the LORs, if you can avoid getting an Academic LOR, I’d suggest you avoid that, and get instead a second LOR from someone in your workplace.

I have another question about the recommendation. Is it okay to get one from someone who worked for me, I mean he or she worked in my team, and I played an important role in their career development.

Hi there,
Absolutely not! Think about it from the school’s perspective… they KNOW that a worker HAS to write a great recommendation. Whereas a boss doesn’t. You need to get two recommendation from managers, if possible.
