in her book illustration如果修饰capitalize，和修饰对象距离太远
如果修饰coordinate，them有微妙的指代问题。

如果修饰coordinate：coordinate them (B) with A in B.
我们不会说在illustration中协调illustration和narrative。
如果修饰capitalize：in her book illustration应该放在capitalized附近，而不是隔着coordinating...这个修饰BP的修饰语
