答案解释说E选项使用双重所有格,错误
答案E中 rates of Mideast immigrants' entrepreneurship ,而双重所有格指的难道不是the rates of immigrants’吗？？？？？？

这个根本不是双重所有格

A of B‘s 这是双重所有格

A of B’ C 这不是双重所有格其实这是为了避免写成 A of C of B

E的错误不是双重所有格错了而是 exceeds 后面要跟 rates of entrepreneurship ，而前文没有这个的格式出现，those就指代rates了这样逻辑意思就不对了变成中东部移民的创业比率和其它移民的比率的对比少掉了创业这个限制

这样就变成了 the rates of ---those of

Mideast immigrants' entrepreneurship---every other immigrant group. （这两个是不平行的，不能用来比较）

* "Mideast immigrants" is wrong; "immigrants from the Mideast" is better. ("Mideast" can't be used as an adjective of nationality, for the same reason you can't say "Asia people" in place of "people from Asia".)
