另："even though" MUST be followed by a clause.
"although", however, can be followed by an adjective or adjective phrase: james, although bigger than many of the other players, is one of the fastest men on the team.

可是A中的Even though不是跟了CP这样的名词短语嘛

仔细看句子，Even though CP have been found all over North America才是完整的，不要被逗号隔开给迷惑了

把插入语（spear points with longitudinal grooves chipped onto their faces）拿掉，再看句子结构才清楚~
