12题我认为句意可能有两种意思：

一、“股票是在萧条前期下降而萧条后期上升”。句式应该长的象“have fallen in the first half of the recession period and have tended to rise in the latter (half)”的样子;

二、“股票首先在萧条期下降，而后回升”，同理句式变为“fallen first in the recession period and tended to rise later.”的样子。具体要看原句表达的是什么意思。

首先看一个OG题目

我觉得12中的first位置有问题, only, first这类修饰副词应该放在助动词和动词之间, 如果选项中有改成have first fallen的, 我会选.

另外have tended看起有点怪, 大全里面没有这么说的, 但是Google里面有很多, 这个暂且不作为判断标准.

   12题我选B，A选项说股票首先在萧条期间下跌（这里没有说前期），又说在萧条期后半阶段回升，本来就是矛盾的话

   B的意思是：股票首先在萧条期间下跌，最终仍然看涨
