这道题目不是很明白。为什么A是答案。我看到businesses是复数就排除了，但是有解释说它这是和dwellings对应。个人认为
business本身就有整体的概念，最为商业就好了吗！加es岂不是画蛇添足？而且为什么在dwellings前面加being，我认为b更好些。

理解一下句子的意思: being在句子里并不多余, 它有"作为"的意思, 如果去掉, 就会改变原文的意思.
