这与应该如何改？  是将as well as 改为and ？ as well as /and 的区别是什么？

但是如何翻译此句呢？我又觉得应将uniform  改为 uniformity   ，好像才有点意思。

"as well as" we can use as prep or conj, so here should be used as prep.

but by the meaning of this sentence, feel "economic development "&"population density" should motify "the uniform at the same time,also as a parallel relationship.
