原题THAT正确，但“THEY”指代不清，Large corporations   还是 antitrust laws    ？

A，B中都用such laws明确了指代问题，但A中的WHICH应改为THAT。（限制性从句）

B中 were passed 前不需要 that,因为使用了与原题和A不同的were passed to do 结构，were passed 这里直接做主语的谓语，不再是定语从句。
